In the past, Meek Mill has been a champion of writing your own bars.
Now he's being accused stealing the bars on two of his Championships tracks, "100 Summers" and "Cold Hearted II"
Last month, Dream Rich Entertainment sued Meek, Dream Chasers, and Atlantic Records for civil conspiracy to commit copyright infringement.
Specifically, they say Meek used the lyrics of a songwriter they contracted out to him without giving any credit to the songwriter.
They want 300K.
Neither Meek nor Atlantic has commented.
Meek famously went at Drake for using ghostwriters a few years back. He's currently involved in a bitter beef with Tekashi 6ix9ine and DJ Akademiks. We wonder what those three will say about this latest ghostwriterly development.
