As Waka Flocka Flame's 2010 song 'Bustin' At 'Em' played, 22-year old Rodney Clay Patrick Jr picked up what he thought was an unloaded gun. Then, acting along with song's gunshot sound effects, the Merritt Island, Florida man pointed the firearm at 17-year old Douglas Winslow and pulled the trigger.

The gun turned out to quite loaded, and Winslow lay dead. In his call to 911, Patrick tried to claim Winslow had accidentally shot himself. But investigators saw through that, and Patrick was arrested for manslaughter and also possession of a controlled substance.

So far no comment from Waka Flocka, but he really doesn't have to say anything because an idiot did something stupid as his song played. Don't point guns at people. End of story. See a news report about the incident below.
