by Daryl Nelson

A day after it was reported that Taxstone was arrested in connection with the Irving Plaza shooting that left one man dead and Troy Ave shot in the leg a huge detail has surfaced.

According to The New York Times, the podcast host's DNA was found on the gun that was used in the shooting, which was a 9-millimeter Kel-Tec automatic.

In addition, police records say Tax is seen on video with the gun before Troy entered Irving Plaza's greenroom and started shooting, and he's also seen fleeing that room before the rapper came in.

Here's the publicly available video of the shooting:

Today (Jan. 17),  Troy's lawyers are preparing for a court date in New York City where they'll continue to argue their clients innocence in light of Taxstone's recent arrest.

The way it looks, more and more details will come out about this shooting in the days and weeks to come. Stay tuned.
