T.I. explained why he put Lil' Kim on his all-time greatest rappers list and not Nick Minaj. He also said only one of them could be on the list because they're such similar artists.

"It's between Lil' Kim and Nicki [Minaj]," said Tip on his ExpediTIously podcast. "I don't think we can have both because they are a direct reflection of one another. She [Nicki] is one of the biggest-selling artists of all time and I salute that. Impact, impact, impact."

He then took a vote from everyone in the room and it was decided unanimously that Kim should be on the list over Nicki. Do you agree with that call?
