T.I. was arrested early this morning and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
It happened after Tip got into a confrontation with the security guard at his gated community in Henry County, Georgia at 4 AM.
Police said he didn’t have his key and the guard wouldn’t let him in.
T.I. pulled the old “Don’t you know who I am?” on the guard, and the guard either didn't or pretended he didn't.
During the argument, Tip called a friend. And then the guard called the Henry County police.
It turns out T.I.'s friend had a warrant on him. They were both taken in, and Tip bonded out soon after.
Updated: TMZ is reporting that the guard eventually let Tip in the gate. But then T.I. came back to confront him and that's when the police were called.
