Swae Lee's Ex-Girlfriend Assaults Him and Gets Arrested

Swae Lee's ex-girlfriend Marliesia Ortiz was arrested in early August for allegedly hitting and head butting the rapper.

It happened during an argument at Swae's L.A. area home. Ortiz was the one who called 911 and said Swae sexually assaulted her. She changed her story once police arrived, however, and admitted that she started the fight by throwing things but that then Swae strangled her. Neither of them had any visible marks and based on the evidence the cops could gather Ortiz was the one they arrested.

TMZ reports that Ortiz wasn't charged, but she and Swae will both have to attend a hearing set up by the L.A City Attorney.

Months before the August incident, Ortiz had said she was done with the Rae Sremmurd member and secretly recorded him talking about being unfaithful.
