Surprise Testimony From Strip Club Employee Helps Kodak Black

by HHL Editors

Last week, Kodak Black turned down a eight year deal for violating his probation and assaulting a strip club employee.

Perhaps he did because he had an ace in the hole: On Friday, another female employee at the strip club where Black allegedly kicked and punched at a lady bartender said that the bartender, not Black, was the aggressor in the incident.

Unfortunately for Black, the assault only accounted for two years of the eight year deal he was offered. The rest is for a list of probation violations -- including being in the strip club in the first place.

Black also violated his probation by not completing his anger management courses. His anger management counselor Ramona Sanchez testified that the 19-year old disrupted a group session by repeatedly burping. He also grabbed her phone and arm when she threatened to call the police.

Sanchez told the court that she doesn't believe Black has a medical condition that would force him to burp uncontrollably.

The judge should decide Black's fate sometime this coming week.
