Suge Knight was rushed from jail to a Los Angeles area hospital Tuesday morning and has been there ever since.

The former Death Row boss has been locked up awaiting a trial on murder charges since 2015.

We don't know what's ailing Suge this time.  But since he's been in jail he's suffered from blood clots, has passed out in court a number of times, and has claimed he has a brain tumor.

He's also fired at least five lawyers, which keeps pushing his trial date back. Between that and his health issues, it's unclear if the 52-year old will ever face justice for the hit and run murder of Terry Carter.
