Weed is legal in 23 states.

Georgia isn't one of them.

Soulja Boy, who spends much of his time in Atlanta, is baffled by the local weed laws.

If anybody could make cannabis legal in Georgia, it would be Soulja Boy.

So he needs to stop tweeting and start legislating.
