Soulja Boy is a master at getting publicity. Most of it bad.

When he's not about to be evicted from his place (which he reportedly is ), he's making a high profile fool of himself on Twitter.

His latest social media humiliation started when he tried to shout out the state of North Carolina.

That sounds innocent enough.  But NC wasn't having it, and it started a very insulting chain reaction.
