by Daryl Nelson

In his newly released interview with Lil Yachty, J. Cole admitted that he used to hate Soulja Boy's music, which Soulja responded to angrily.

Snoop Dogg is another person who wasn't a Soulja fan back in the day.  But instead of raging at Snoop, Soulja admitted the OG hurt his feelings.

"When I first came out, he was like, ‘Crank That?' What is this [bullsh*t]?’ N*gga, that hurt my f*cking soul. I wanted to cry," said Soulja about Snoop. "I was 17 at the time so I'm like, 'this is my idol f*cking telling me that I suck.' I’m like, what the [f*ck]?"

Soulja later explained that he eventually ran into Snoop, who told him he learned to like "Crank That."

"I always just had a soft spot in my heart for n*ggas] that hated," Soulja explained. "Because I’ve always been hated on."
