Snoop Dogg Says He Discovered Nipsey Hussle While Rolling A Blunt On His CD Case

by Benny Franklin

It was a sad day today, as the world said goodbye to Nipsey Hussle for one last time.

The Staples Center was jammed pack for the L.A. rapper, who was killed not even two weeks ago.

Many celebrities showed love by getting tattoos, including The Game and Nipsey's girlfriend, Lauren London, but Snoop Dogg showed his love in a different way.

Snoop Dogg took the mic today at Nipsey's memorial and shared a lot of love and memories, including that of meeting Nipsey some years back.

Nipsey handed Snoop his CD while Snoop was at football practice. Snoop admitted that he didn't listen to it, but would run into Nipsey again.

This time, Nipsey gave him his CD and Snoop was using it to roll a blunt on in his car. He flipped it over and decided to put the disc in.

He was pleasantly surprised.

I'm rolling up a blunt in the backseat of the car on the CD. I start opening the CD up—the homie know. He knows the story already, so I'm just telling y'all.

So I took the CD out, and I popped the CD in and I was like, 'Damn, cuz is hard.'

Snoop goes on to say the two formed a brotherhood and bond.

Long story short, we ended up connecting, we ended up making music together, we ended up making brotherhood, we ended up creating a bond, we created something that was special.
