Snoop Dogg Explains How He Taught The East Coast About Good Weed

Benny the Butcher was a recent guest of Snoop Dogg's YouTube show GGN, and Snoop talked about schooling East Coast rappers about quality weed back in the day. [Jump to the 2:38-mark]

"You know what’s crazy? ... I’m just telling the truth, New York used to be known for trash, used to be known for straight trash weed," said Snoop, who once said he smokes between 15 and 25 blunts a day. "No, this is no joke, you can ask the rappers ... They used to have seeds and all kind of sh*t in they sh*t. They could be rolling up a blunt putting seeds and sticks, you be like what the f*ck is you doing?"

"They didn’t know no better until n*ggas start catching that flight, f*cking with the real n*ggas out here 'cause we f*ck with y’all, and n*ggas showed n*ggas what that sh*t was," he added.

From there, Snoop suggested that he was able to help East Coast rappers get their hands on some Cali weed, known to be some of the best in the world.
