In June, Casanova was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for RICO and narcotics offenses.
He had pleaded guilty earlier this year and had been facing up to 60 years.
Casa tweeted this after the sentence.

According to Slowbucks, Casanova's heart is still strong.
