The beating and robbery of Tekashi 6ix9ine remains a mystery.  It's tempting to think master troll 6ix9ine made it up. But given the police were involved, it almost certainly happened.

The only details we know about who did the crime was that it was "an inside job."

During Tr3yway boss Shotti's interview with Rap Radar, he took responsibility for the robbery and expanded a bit upon the "insider" who did it.

"Anything that happens on my watch I feel responsible for. As a boss, that's what we do, we take responsibility for the actions of those under us. I definitely take responsibility. Shotti said, explaining he's tightened up security since the robbery.

"Our team is very small," he continued. " When they say inside job, it's just somebody that we know. A disgruntled employee, let's leave it at that."
