Former NBA-Star Shawn Kemp is in custody after being involved with a drive-by shooting.
Tacoma Washington police say the 53-year-old was involved in an altercation between two vehicles in front of the Tacoma mall this afternoon that resulted in gunfire. One of the cars fled the scene and a gun was recovered.
Kemp was booked into Pierce county jail at about 6 PM and is facing charges of a felony drive-by shooting.
Bail has yet to be announced.
Kemp recently opened his second cannabis shop in the Seattle area.
