For the last four months, Spotify has removed notable streaming volume from tracks across genres.
The latest purge happened a few days ago.
While Spotify doesn't announce who lost streams, there are ways of figuring it out.
Despite all the talk of botting in Hip Hop -- and the big Drake lawsuit --no major rap artists have been mentioned.
Instead, the big cheaters have been revealed as overseas artists, particularly K-pop and Afro-Beat stars.
Stream removals have been happening for 6 months. In early December, Jimin’s Who lost 7.14M streams, while Jungkook’s Seven, 3D, and Standing Next to You each lost 2.5–2.7M. V's Love Me Again 150k.
