Tupac died 20 years ago today, succumbing to wounds he had suffered in a Las Vegas drive by shooting a week earlier.
Time has made the-then 25-year old a certified legend. But he was a pretty big deal back then, too. As you can see, his death made the front page of The Washington Post, albeit without the his name in the headline.
