by HHL JT

Two men were seen on tape shooting Young Dolph to death as he shopped for cookies in his hometown of Memphis in November.

Both men have finally been arrested.

Today, U.S. Marshals found 23-year old Justin Johnson -- who had been charged with first-degree murder and was on the run -- in Indiana and brought him to Tennessee to face charges.

It turns out they already had Cornelius Smith.  The 32-year old was arrested on December 9 for auto theft has been in Desoto County Jail in Desoto, MS since.  The car in question was the white Mercedes that was used in Dolph's murder and was towed from a Memphis home days after Dolph died.  Investigators say Smith and Johnson stole the car a week before they used it in Dolph's murder

Smith is also being charged with first-degree murder.
