Last month ScHoolboy Q  said that he'll rap until he's 80 years old, and he's since doubled down on that stance.

"I’ll never retire, never,"  he said during an interview with journalist Nadeska. "Artists can’t retire. It’s like, impossible. I’m not saying I’m gonna be rapping forever, but I’ll never retire from music. I just don’t see it. How is that possible? ... Snoop’s still doing it. Dre’s still doing it. Nas’s still doing it. Jay’s still doing it. Em’s still doing it. Imma do it, too. I keep saying, I’m going out like B.B. King."

"I’m rappin’ until I’m 80. DJ Premier’s still doing it. He’s in his 50s," Q continued. "Rap is still new, so we don’t have that many 80-year-old’s still killing it. I’m gonna be 80, still on the mic, crackin.' Imma be doing this sh*t forever. I don’t ever plan on stopping 'cause this is all I got. This is the way I express myself. I don’t need a therapist, I got a microphone."

The TDE rapper is fresh off his latest album Blue Lips, which has gotten some solid reviews.
