It's been a few days now since Sayso P was shot and killed in front of a Memphis hotel.

Sauce Walka was with him and was shot in the thigh.

Some said that Sayso was killed because he stole money, a theory that his mother strongly disputed.

Sauce hasn't addressed that claim yet, but he did say that weed had something to do with Sayso's death.

The Texas rapper explained on Instagram that Sayso wanted to smoke outside before security arrived.

Sauce then wrote that he wished Sayso had gone on a planned trip to the Dominican Republic and missed the trip to Memphis altogether.
