The 43-year old Brown Sugar star is apparently dating 30-year old French Montana.

Lathan pretty much confirmed that she was seeing the Bad Boy artist during an interview with Big Boy. (Below, at about the 4:30 mark.)

She also just dropped a new song with Dej Loaf.
