Safaree Samuels was traumatized earlier this week when two armed robbers made him get on the ground near his New Jersey home and took 183K of jewelry, cash, and electronics off of him.
What he didn't reveal in a tearful Angie Martinez interview, which was shot just hours after the incident, is that he knows one of the men who robbed and terrorized him.
According to TMZ, SB and Shawn Harewood -- who was caught by police not long after robbing Samuels -- have been friends since they were 14. They also obtained a photo of Harewood, SB and Nicki Minaj hanging out on SB's birthday in either 2011 or 2012.
The gossip site did say the two haven't spoken since Safaree broke up with Nicki.
It's also unclear if Samuels knew it was Harewood who was robbing him.
No word on whether SB also knew Jonathan Ricketts, the other man who was arrested for robbing him.
