Seven years. That's how long it's been since Epic Records paid Rowdy Rebel, according to an Instagram post that he shared on Tuesday, December 14.
“I’m not dropping no more music until Epic Records pay me,” wrote Rowdy. “I haven’t received not one check for all the music I put out since 2014. I been patient but enough is enough.”
Rowdy was released from New York's Collins Correctional Facility in December of 2020 after serving six years for reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, attempted murder, attempted assault and other charges.
Epic hasn't responded to Rowdy's claims yet.
Why do you believe his label stiffed him, assuming what he said is true?
