Ricky Martin is still livin the vida loca.

Really, really loca.

The 50-year-old has been accused of committing incest with his 21-year-old nephew Dennis Yadiel Sanchez.  Incest is punishable for up to 50 years in Puerto Rico.

Sanchez recently got a restraining order against Martin.  In the order, it stated that Sanchez had dated Martin for months, but Martin hadn't taken their breakup well and had been loitering outside his home.

Martin's lawyer, powerhouse Marty Singer, has denied his client was sodomizing his own nephew.

“Unfortunately, the person who made this claim is struggling with deep mental health challenges. Ricky Martin has, of course, never been — and would never be — involved in any kind of sexual or romantic relationship with his nephew," Singer told the NY Post. “The idea is not only untrue, it is disgusting. We all hope that this man gets the help he so urgently needs. But, most of all, we look forward to this awful case being dismissed as soon as a judge gets to look at the facts.”

Last month, Ricky Martin's ex-manager sued him for not paying her.  In the suit, she claimed Martin's personal life is in "turmoil" and that she has "potentially career-ending" information about the pop star.

Kevin Gates is lucky Louisiana doesn't have such harsh incest laws.
