Rick Ross's Baby Mama Says 50 Cent's Sex Tape Leak Destroyed Her Emotionally

by HHL Editors

The first of what could be two sex tape trials involving 50 Cent is underway in New York.

In this one, Fif is being sued by Rick Ross’ baby mother, Lastonia Leviston, for leaking a clip of her having sex with another man. It was part of an attempt to mock "Officer Ricky" Ross, but Leviston's lawyer Philip Freidin said that his client was the one left "emotionally destroyed."

Freiden told jurors that 50's real purpose for leaking the tape back in 2009 was to increase traffic for his website ThisIs50.com. Freiden noted in court that traffic to the site, which sells tickets and merchandise, grew 60 percent after the tape dropped.

50's lawyer countered by claiming the release of the sex tape actually improved Leviston's life because Ross ended up taking better care of her, moving her into a three bedroom home in a gated community.

He also alleged it was somebody from Ross's camp -- not 50 -- who initially leaked the tape.

By mentioning how 50 profited from the tape, Leviston's lawyer is trying to set up what could be a very big pay out. We'll continue to follow the trial as it progresses.
