Rick Ross was arrested earlier today in Fayette County, Georgia for misdemeanor marijuana possession.
The Bawse was pulled over for having too much tint on his Bentley, and when officers approached the car they smelled pot. The cops found five of what are being described as marijuana cigarettes.
This is Ross's second recent marijuana arrest. He was cited for smoking up in North Carolina in 2013, and was then arrested a year later when he skipped out on that court date.
Twenty-three states and Washington DC currently have laws legalizing marijuana in some form.
