Rick Ross Gives The Legal Shade To 50 Cent In Sex Tape Suit

by HHL Editors

50 Cent is currently being sued for leaking a sex tape involving Rick Ross's baby mama Lastonia Leviston back in 2009. Fearing he may lose the case, which began this week, Fif just filed his own lawsuit, claiming Ross was actually the leaker and should be wholly or partially responsible if Leviston wins her suit.

When Ross's lawyer got wind of the new suit, this is what he said.

The recent lawsuit filed by Curtis Jackson against Mr. William Roberts is clearly another attempt to draw attention to his descending entertainment career and one of several desperate, last minute attempts he's made to avoid and deflect legal and financial responsibility for his own actions related to the pending New York City civil trial in which he’s a defendant.
Additionally, 50 tried to delay the Leviston lawsuit on Tuesday by claiming that since his boxing management company SMS just filed bankruptcy in federal court, bankruptcy protection should move the Leviston suit (which is in New York state court) to federal court.

"This is the most egregious case of sandbagging," Leviston's lawyer Hunter Shkolnik said of the unusual maneuver.

The judge then demanded 50's lawyers come back to court.  So it looks like Fif isn't going to be able to weasel his way out of this one.
