Rick Ross Arrested For Pistol Whipping And Kidnapping

by HHL Editors

Rick Ross could be headed back to prison. This time as an inmate.

The Bawse is facing charges of assault, battery and kidnapping for an incident that took place at his Atlanta-area home two weeks ago.

According to the US Marshall Service, who arrested Ross and his bodyguard yesterday, Ross was involved in a confrontation with somebody doing work on his house. During the argument Ross pistol whipped the man, and then didn't allow him to leave the property. (Hence the kidnapping charges.)

The US Marshall Service assists local police in high profile and dangerous arrests, and they decided to wait until Ross came back home from the road to take him in.

Ross, 39, and his bodyguard were said to surrender without incident.

Earlier this month Ross was arrested for misdemeanor marijuana possession.
