Rapper and label boss Rich The Kid has had a reasonably successful career, which got going after dropping his feature-filled debut album, The World Is Yours, in 2018.
This week, he's in the news for his feature on Ye's Vulture track "Carnival."
Elliott Wilson has reacted to Rich's return to prominence with a tweet questioning why he's here at all.
"Rich The Kid is the luckiest n*gga on the planet," he typed on Twitter.
Rich called the journalism veteran out for hate.
How the fuck I’m lucky ? Niggas made that song from scratch.. hating is not cool bro https://t.co/HTQZIStINY

"How the f*ck I’m lucky ? Niggas made that song from scratch.. hating is not cool bro," Rich typed.
Should Rich be thanking the stars, or does he deserve his spot in the game?
