Rich Homie Quan was arrested but not formally charged Saturday night in Wadley, Georgia on suspicion of possession of drugs and a stolen gun.
He's since been charged. On the bright side, he had the gun charge removed, as the authority believe the weapon was possessed by one of the other five men in the car.
However, Quan's still facing a charge of felony possession of drugs with intent to distribute.
That could get him up to 30 years in prison, even though the drug found was weed.
We imagine a good lawyer could navigate RHQ out of this situation.
Hopefully he has enough of that 'Type Of Way' money left to get one.
