There is a lot of posturing going on in Toronto.

There is talk that Drake and PartyNextDoor plan to drop the long-awaited collab album on the same day as The Weeknd's upcoming project to get revenge on Abel for turning against Drake last summer.

However, DJ Akedemiks is hearing a different version of the story.

His sources tell him that UMG -- who Drake is currently suing over "Not Like Us" -- intended to humble The Boy by denying him the support they gave him on his previous albums on his next album.  Then they will pump The Weeknd's numbers up to steal The 6 crown from him.

It's a dirty business.
