Report: Lebron James Set To Leave Cavs

Kyrie Irving isn't the only one who wants to leave Cleveland.

Veteran NBA reporter Chris Sheridan is confirming that 2017-2018 is "100 percent" Lebron James's final season in his hometown as his relationship with ownership have deteriorated.

NBA source said today: "This will be LeBron's final season in Cleveland. He is 100 percent leaving. Relationship with owners beyond repair."

It's possible some of Lebron's issues with the Cav's brass is political. James has become increasingly critical of Donald Trump, and team owner Dan Gilbert has been one of the President's bigger donors.

Worth noting in light of LeBron's remarks about this president: Cavs' owner Dan Gilbert reportedly donated $750,000 to his inauguration.

Lebron leaving Cleveland because Dan Gilbert supported Trump is completely believable. People are getting divorced over this election

It was reported earlier this offseason that Lebron -- who has a home near the Staples Center -- would like to join one of the LA teams if he leaves the Cavs when his contract expires in 2018.
