LA Rapper BlacOwt is dead, reportedly killed by Las Vegas police in the aftermath of a domestic dispute early Thursday morning.
According to KTNV, two officers responded to a call of a domestic assault in a North Las Vegas residence. When they confronted the suspect [believed to be BlacOwt] he allegedly grabbed one officer from behind and put him in a chokehold.
“Two officers escorting a domestic violence victim into her residence contacted the alleged assailant, who fought with officers, leading to shots being fired and the death of the suspect," KTNV reported.
BlacOwt died in the hospital from his injuries. The police haven't officially released his name yet.
BlacOwt, who's been going by Freddie B on social media, had his biggest hit with the 2010 Yung Jay R featured track “Grape Street”
