When Beyonce and JAY-Z got naked to promote their On The Run II tour we all went "Hmmm."
Now there are reports from the United Kingdom, where the tour kicked off last week, that the power couple are playing in front of thousands of unsold seats, which have to be covered.
Fans at the Glasgow show reported that they had been upgraded to better, closer seats for nothing and there was even talk of free tickets being handed out in the parking lot.
According to The Sun, only nine out of the remaining 46 OTR II dates in Europe and North America have sold out.
JAY-Z also struggled to sell tickets at the beginning of his 4:44 tour of North America last year.
Live Nation, which is behind both tours, pushed back against the low ticket prices and empty seats on the 4:44 tour by arguing that they were caused by new techniques to cut out scalpers and deliver value to fans. They also claimed 4:44 was the most financially successful tour of Hov's career.
Live Nation has a ten-year $200 million deal with JAY-Z.
So far they haven't commented on the OTR II tour.
