Report: Birdman Forced To Give Up Keys To Miami Mansion

Last month,  we learned that Birdman is defaulting on the $12.5 million loan he took out against the $14.5 million Miami mansion he bought in 2012.

EMG Transfer Agent, who currently holds the loan, filed a foreclosure lawsuit against Birdman to recover the property.

It looks like that's been recognized. According to The Blast, Baby was ordered to immediately surrender possession of all keys and security system access to his 7-bed 11-bath 20,000 sq ft compound.

Next, a court-appointed executor will take control of the residence and all of its contracts, leases, rental agreements, fixtures, furniture, and equipment. 

Nobody can sell the property until the foreclosure lawsuit is resolved, but the executor will be able to rent or lease it.
