Ray J had considered suing Kanye West for including him in the nude-slumber party that is his 'Famous' video.

But it doesn't look like that's going to work.

So instead he's branding 'Ye with the scarlet H.

Ray was furious after West's MTV VMA speech, in which he made an implied reference to the Ray J and Kim Kardashian sex tape.

The Love & Hip Hop star believes this solidifies 'Ye as a hypocrite.

If you remember, West ripped and belittled Ray J after he dropped 'I Hit It First.' But now West's the one embracing the sex tape which made his wife famous.

Ray is also mad that Kardashian sat in the VMA audience and laughed when her husband brought up the sex tape, when she too had criticized 'I Hit It First.'

Does Ray J have a point, or is he little too into his feelings?
