Man Busted For Threatening to Kill Sheriff & His Wife If He Doesn't Release YSL Member

The main reason the judge isn't granting bail to Young Thug, Gunna, or any of their YSL crew is the court's concern that the YSLs could try to intimidate witnesses or government officials.

There is some evidence that is going on even with Thug and company on the inside.

On May 26, Quartavius Mender was arrested and charged with 23 felony counts of making terroristic threats.  Mender is accused of making social media threats to kill Fulton County, Ga. Sheriff Pat Labat and Labat's wife if an unnamed YSL member was not released from jail.

Tenquarius Mender was one of the 28 YSLs arrested last month in Fulton County's massive RICO case against the record label and alleged Blood affiliated gang.  While we can't confirm if Quartavius is related to Tenquarius or if Tenquarius was the YSL Quartavius wanted to be freed, it stands to reason that's what's going on.

“We take these kinds of brazen threats seriously,” Labat said “Social media cyberbullying, and hiding behind a keyboard will not protect someone from criminal prosecution. Our investigators are diligent in seeking individuals who mean to do harm to anybody, and I am grateful to them for ensuring the safety of myself, my wife, and all citizens of Fulton County.”
