Quality Control Rapper Metro Marrs Arrested For Throwing Money At High School Graduation

Up-and-comer Metro Mars wanted to make a big splash at his graduation from  Langston Hughes High School, which is 25 miles north of Atlanta

So he threw $10,000 in bills when he walked.

That's apparently a no-no in Georgia and Mars was arrested for inciting a riot and disorderly conduct.

He's already been released, so he can probably still enjoy some of the post-graduation parties and it's pretty good promo.
