Pusha T Gives An Update On The Possibility Of The Clipse Getting Back Together

by Daryl Nelson

Clipse fans seemed to be thrilled when the duo reunited at Pharrell’s Something in the Water Festival in June.

But will the Thornton brothers reunite permanently? It's a question that Pusha T talked about during a new interview with Rolling Stone.

“I push the button every so often,” he explained. “I’m like, ‘Yo, listen to what I just made. We can really do this’ and he brushes me off. If I had it my way, it would be the Clipse. It’s really up to my brother.”

Back in 2017, Pusha's brother Malice, who now goes by No Malice, explained why he quit the group and changed his name.

"Certain things start to stick," he told DJ Vlad then. "You might start seeing, you talk about dope on record, you might start seeing an indictment or something like that. I guess it's that age old question, 'Does art imitate life or is life imitating art?' That's a real thing. I absolutely know that there is nothing malice about me, or who I'm supposed to be."

Do you think Pusha will ever get his wish about reuniting with his brother?
