Pusha T said it was no surprise to him that Drake's Scorpion album didn't get nominated for the Grammy's Best Rap Album.
The Virginia rapper's Daytona LP was nominated in the cateogry, and he said his music is far different from Drizzy's.
"I wasn’t surprised [that Drake didn't get nominated]" said Push," who also said Drake's rules on rap battles is ruining the game. "I think everybody needs to stay in their respective category. I don’t think me and him are in the same category."
And whether Daytona wins the Grammy trophy or not, the Clipse member said it's the year's best album.
“I didn’t start Daytona to let anybody down, and I feel like we definitely accomplished the mission,” he explained. Daytona is rap album of the year. No one rapped better than me in 2018.”
