The Diddy trial has begun.
This morning, the prosecution used their opening statement to explain "freaks offs" to the jury of eight men and four women in their opening statements.
They argued that Puff forced Cassie Venture and another woman, "Jane", into participating in drug-fueled sexual performances with male escorts against their will.
The freak offs could last days, and participants would need IV fluids to recover.
In addition to beating Cassie, prosecutors claim Puff once gave Jane a black eye when she confronted him about being forced to have sex. Then he demanded she take ecstasy and perform in another freak off.
Diddy's lawyers responded by arguing that the freak offs were "voluntary adult choices made by capable adults in consensual relationships."
Puff has been charged with RICO and sex trafficking and could get 20 years.
