Prosecutors Are Recommending No Time For Tekashi 6ix9ine

by HHL JT

It looks like Tekashi 6ix9ine's Baby Mama was correct when she said 6ix9ine snitched so much he won't be getting any time.

According to a newly unsealed plea deal, in exchange for his complete cooperation -- including his testimony before a grand jury --  the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York has agreed “not to prosecute [Tekashi] for the crimes set forth in Counts One through Nine…. as well as additional crimes that the defendant has told the government about."

6ix9ine made the plea deal on January 23. He will still likely have to remain locked up until his sentencing hearing in January of 2020.

If 6ix9ine cooperates fully, he will be eligible for the witness protection program upon release. Accepting that would end his rap career and involve some pretty intense tattoo removal.
