Prankster Has N.W.A.'s "F*ck The Police" Interfering with Police Radio

When police in New Zealand turn on their radios to coordinate their maneuvering they may hear the defiant sounds of N.W.A. rather than their colleagues' voices.

Pranksters have been broadcasting N.W.A.'s 1990 hit "Fuck The Police" as well as Rage Against the Machine's cover of the song, over police radio. And the cops are plenty pissed.

“It was putting people in danger. There’s no question that if it carries on and if they do what they’re doing, it will delay a response," Police inspector Kelvin Lloyd said.  "Any interference with a police radio constitutes a risk to public safety, and anyone caught doing this can face a penalty of criminal nuisance and up to one-year imprisonment.”

Since no police radios have been reported missing, the authorities believe the pranksters have been hacking into the system somehow.

It's not the first time it's happened. Last year, loud pig grunts were heard on police radio in New Zealand.
