Poor Meek Mill Got Asked A Drake Question During Sixers Game

by HHL Editors

Last night, Meek Mill was enjoying the Sixers-Cavs game in his hometown of Philadelphia.

Everything was going well for the embattled emcee. He was sitting courtside, the crowd cheered him, and the hapless Sixers were actually leading the defending Eastern Conference champs for the entire first half.

In the third quarter, Meek got the full-on celebrity treatment and was interviewed by sideline reporter Molly Sullivan. And what did she ask him about ...

After some chatter about the team, the topic turned to the dude who bodied him this summer.

"Of course I would be remiss if [not] saying, Drake’s a Toronto guy, what’s your message to him with your hometown Sixers here looking good against the Cavs." "I’m riding with Philly, you know," Meek said, evading the question. "Philly riding with me, so I’m riding with the Sixers to the fullest ... I'm rocking out to the end, no matter how the season go."
Some are interpreting this as a shot at Drake and his bandwagon ways. But we doubt that. We're just impressed Meek was able to keep his composure after being asked about his rival in his own city. He's a pretty chill guy when he's not on social media.
