Pooh Shiesty Says He's Ready To Face Federal Trial

by HHL JT

Pooh Shiesty is ready to face the music.

The "Back In Blood" rapper has told a Federal court he no longer wants to delay his trial on charges he shot a man during a caught-on-tape Florida robbery that involved sneakers, supercars, weed, and liquid codeine.

Shiesty is now expected to go trial on October 25.  The Feds had said they would be fine with pushing back the trial. However, Pooh just wanted a couple of more months to build his case, whereas the Feds said if there was any delay it would push the trial well into 2022.

Shiesty faces charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault and battery, and criminal theft.  He had been out on bail but had his bond revoked in June after he was arrested for his connection to a strip club shooting in Miami.

Between the two cases, it's not looking good for the 21-year old being a free man anytime soon.
