Bay area rapper Messy Marv rolled into his rival rapper J-Diggs neighborhood with a gun and the camera rolling.

"Where J-Diggs at. This is Messy Marv," Marv yelled, after getting out of his car. "Tell J-Diggs I came through here."

After Marv announced his name and intention, he argued with a local resident, who told him to put the gun away because there were children present. Then Marv got back in the car and left.

Vellejo police are aware of the video and are "investigating" the situation.

Marv, 42, recently signed to Mozzy's label Mozzy records. He had served a year in prison in 2007 on weapons charges.
