A woman who says she's been with Playboi Carti for two years says he choked her when she was 14 weeks pregnant over a paternity test.

The alleged incident happened in Fulton County, Georgia on December 20 but just leaked to TMZ last night.

The woman said she brought up a paternity test during a discussion of her pregnancy with Playboi.  That set him off and he began to assault her.  A witness was able to break up their fight and she ran to her car.

Playboi followed her, caught her, and choked her to the extent that she thought she was going to die when she tried to activate the SOS feature on her vehicle.

When the cops did arrive they found the woman with visible injuries on her neck, chest, and back.

He was arrested for felony aggravated assault and hindering persons from making an emergency telephone call.

Carti's lawyer Brian Steel (who also represents Young Thug) denies the charge.

“Mr. Carter was falsely accused,” Steel said in a statement. “Pursuant to my communications with the Fulton County District Attorney‘s Office, this case will be dismissed without any prosecution or litigation.”
