Playboi Carti scored a big hit with I Am Music, his first album in almost five years.
It probably won't be another five years until we get his next project.
According to DJ Swamp Izzo, Carti completed an album in 2022 but never dropped it.
None of the songs from that album ended up on Music.

"He already had an album done, " Izzo told DJ Vlad of working with Scott in 2022.
He added that the album hasn't been "scrapped" and suggested it will be dropped.
