People Are Pissed At Cardi B For Presenting Missy Elliott With VMA Award

by HHL JT

Missy Elliott took home a well-deserved Video Vanguard Award during last night's MTV VMAs.

She was introduced and presented the moon man by Cardi B. We guess because they are both girls and PR and synergy and all of that.

Some folks on Twitter were offended that Bardi was up there on stage with Missy, preferring someone with more of a connection to the career of the 48-year old. Here are some of their critiques:

Y’all are mad at the fact that Cardi presented Missy with the “Vanguard Award” when Missy picked Cardi to present her with the iconic award.

Cardi is the chosen ONE. We love that for her.
